💡If you can't see the downloaded file through your Chrome browser, check the following cases!
1. the download is actually complete, but the downloaded file is not visible
If you can't see the downloaded file even after a certain amount of time has passed since the completion alert, please check the 'Download Location'(How to check & change the save location).
2. If you're trying to download multiple files at the same time and it won't work
If you're trying to download multiple files at the same time, Chrome may be blocking the “Auto-download multiple files” feature.
Click on the 'Cannot download' icon in the top right corner of the screen -> Change the feature to Allow -> Retry downloading
✔️ Viewing and changing save locations
Downloaded videos and images are saved to the path specified by your browser settings.
If you're using the Chrome browser,you canset this in Settings > Downloads > Change location.
1️⃣ Chrome browser > Settings
Click the '☰' in the top right corner of your Chrome browser and select the Settings menu.
2️⃣ Select the 'Downloads' menu

You can 'confirm' the download path or 'change' it to a path you're comfortable with.
