Reasons for META ad publishing failures

1. Failed to post an ad: Add a payment method

1) Error message

Update payment methods: Add valid payment methods in the Billing and Payments Center.

2) Reason

Occurs when your ad account doesn't have a payment method.

3) Solution

① Ad Account > Select the ad account that failed to publish

👉Go to: https://business.facebook.com/billing_hub

② Click Add payment method on the right to add a payment method.

③ Edit your ad in VCAT and try to publish it again.

2. Accept the nondiscrimination policy

1) Error message

A business admin must review and accept our non-discrimination policy before you can run ads. They can find it by going to Business Settings, then System Users. Help Center link: http://www.facebook.com/business/help/338925176776440

2) Reason

Policy prohibition error in the first META before VCAT ad execution This error is caused by the policy prohibition error consent is not obtained.

3) Solution

① Go to Channel business settings > Users > System user.

② Click 'Add' button to check and approve the policy agreement window.

③ Try editing and republishing your ad in VCAT.
