How to get refund

If you haven't used any of our services (video and banner creation, downloads, credits, etc.) within 7 days of subscribing (monthly or annual plan), you can request a cancellation and receive a refund.

💡 A refund will be granted if the following conditions are met.

Refundable status

  1. Invoices with a status of [Paid] in the payment items

  2. Bills that have not been exported, credited, or used

  3. Subscription plan benefits and features that have not been utilized

Cancellation and refund will be approved if the user meets the eligibility criteria.

To request a refund, you can cancel your subscription by going to: Profile > My information > Payment information > Recent billings in the top right corner and selecting “Request a refund”.

1️⃣ Go to 'My profile' at the right side of main page

2️⃣ My account > Payment info > Recent billings

3️⃣ Click a "Request refund" button

4️⃣ Review our refund policies and eligibility criteria
